The Pearl River Public Library is excited to share plans for our upcoming renovation, an investment in the future of our community.
The mission of the Library Renewal Advisory Committee is to encourage community partners to develop a sustainable building in order to preserve and expand library services for all residents within the Pearl River School District.
The Library Renewal Project will focus on the opportunity to rehabilitate and improve the existing Library building to accommodate much-needed programmatic and service enhancement. The program will address significant space deficits and accessibility issues.
Library Renewal Project Goals

1. Improve/Expand
Improve/Expand the Library and accommodate more users and programs through increases in public spaces, use-specific spaces (i.e., Learning Lab), services, technological infrastructure, and collections for all age groups.

3. Functionality
Improve the Functionality of the Library. Provide an improved user experience and service to patrons.
4. Rehabilitate
