This October, Pearl River Public Library is proud to participate in The Great Give Back by supporting the National Kidney Foundation and individuals receiving dialysis treatment.

Throughout the month, we’re inviting our community to come together through simple acts of kindness writing a note of encouragement or donating a small comfort item. These thoughtful gestures can help remind patients that they are supported, cared for, and not alone on their journey.
Write a Note of Encouragement

Stop by the library to write a note of encouragement for someone receiving dialysis treatment. Share a positive message, words of support, or simply let someone know that others are thinking of them.
Every note is a small reminder of hope, kindness, and community.
Donate a Comfort Item
We are also collecting simple items that can provide a little extra comfort during treatment.
